This training is designed to equip SD Kids volunteers with practical, relationship-based tools for navigating challenging moments with kids. We’ll focus on co-regulation, redirection, and creating safe, supportive environments so every child feels seen, secure, and valued.

Our facilitators are Rianna Gallardo, Sarah Lincoln and Meghan Martin who are experts in the field of general and special education and school counseling.
