STIRRING INTERNS
The Stirring Internship Program equips emerging leaders through intentional discipleship, hands-on ministry experience, and meaningful leadership opportunities. Through mentoring, spiritual formation, coaching, and practical training, interns grow personally and professionally while discovering how their gifts can impact others and serve the Kingdom.
TWO BRANCHES | ONE PURPOSE
The Stirring Intern movement is designed to help you grow in faith, leadership, and influence. Interns choose from one of two branches based on where they feel called to grow.
Emerge Discipleship Intern - for those who want to help others grow deeper. The Emerge Intern Branch is designed for those who want to grow spiritually while learning to lead. Interns journey alongside Emerge participants through discipleship, mentoring, community, and practical ministry experience.
Ministry Leadership Intern - for those who feel called to lead. The Ministry Leadership Branch is for those who feel called to leadership and want to grow through practical ministry experience. Interns learn to lead people and teams while receiving coaching, feedback, and opportunities to help shape ministry environments.
*A Ministry Leadership Intern will serve with Stirring Staff in one or more of the following areas: SD Youth, Kids & Families, Bible Intensive, Community Life, or Pastoral Ministry.
