Emerging Leader Incubator (E.L.I.)
The Stirring is more than just a church community; we are involved in a much greater Church Planting Movement. We call this the Emerging Leader Incubator. Partnering with Risen King Community Church, our mother church, we have a dream and passion to equip and empower the next generation of leaders.
Through an intentional season of spiritual formation, character development and theological reflection, our desire is to join with emerging leaders as they pursue God's call on their lives.
We believe there is leadership potential in every follower of Christ. Not only that, we are convinced that healthy leadership is servant leadership. In the Emerging Leader Incubator, our goal is to engage, equip and empower emerging leaders who will live their lives to transform culture.

Church Planting
We are convinced that planting new churches is the most effective way to engage and empower the emerging generation. The Stirring is the first of many young churches we desire to plant in these years to come. We have a passion to equip new leaders who have a passion to plant new churches.
